Pop Up in the Park - Saturday 15th July 2017 10am - 2pm
A chance to engage with residents in Manor Farm, and to talk about priorities for the community in the local area, what they'd like to see improved, how this might start to happen through the 'My Manor' Project & to share information and ideas.

- Provision of play equipment and opportunities for children with disabilities living in Manor Farm
- Potential for a container space or similar to be installed in the park to provide a focus for activities and enable the community to demonstrate the need for a permanent community space locally
- Outdoor adventure play provision for older children; now that the MUGA has been removed, there are no facilities locally for older children
- Need for play equipment for very young children - under 3s have no play equipment in the park
- Building and making projects are popular
- Young people are very interested in engaging in activities - dance, den-building and construction and adventure play
- Volunteers for the Repair Cafe may need childcare to be available to enable them to participate
- There is a lack of experience in external fundraising and project management which the project can help to develop
